RICKLIN'S HARDWARE STORE

I have been purchasing materials and getting advice and service from Ricklin's Hardware for years. Ricklin's has one of the most helpful and congenial staff's anywhere.

I just bought a Weber grill from Ricklin's and couldn't be happier with the service. The price was exactly the same as Home Depot or anywhere else (I suspect Weber sets the price?) but here is the main difference: buy it at Home Depot and you pay for shipping, assemble it yourself, and get rid of your old grill yourself. For the exact same price, Ricklin's answered all of my questions and knowledgeably helped me choose the right one for me, handled the entire transaction on the phone, assembled and delivered it to my house, hooked it up to my gas line, showed me how to use it, and hauled away my rusted-out old grill. Ricklin's did not ask for my payment until the grill arrived. They gave me a *one hour* delivery window and showed up during that window. They were pleasant and friendly and efficient. It could not have gone better. Exceptional service.
