I wish all home repairs were this easy to cross off my list! Tom was responsive and professional. This was a simple repair so after speaking on the phone and sending a few photos, Tom was able to give me a ballpark price via phone/email. He was able to schedule me Im fairly quickly and did the job efficiently and neatly. He can recommended by a realtor we know, and I would definitely call Tom again.

Tom Powell was wonderful and he is on Angie's List. The job done turned out beautifully. He charged me $500 for the service and I felt like the price was more than fair. It's a very highly skilled job. He has to take the old glass window. Then I think he has to take all the old lead out, reconfigure it and put it all back together again without ruining the wood frame. It's a very labor intensive and highly skilled process and not everybody can do it. He takes the whole window down. It's an antique arched window that would be very expensive to reproduce. I was very satisfied with them. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, I have three more windows to go and it's just the question of saving up the money.
