Vince came on time during the appointment window, checked out the problem, gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and provided an estimate of the cost. Vince was articulate, careful, and fully professional. He put Narberth Plumbing at the top of my list for plumbing service.

Overall it was a very good experience and I will continue to use his services.

I have been using Narberth Plumbing for about six years now. They were recommended to me initially by a friend. Joe Carr, the owner is extraordinarily responsive when I call, and my problems usually occur on Sunday for some reason, and Joe calls me first thing Monday morning. Sometimes he comes out and sometimes it is Vince. They are both lovely, honest people who are down to earth and personable. Like family. This particular visit was an relatively easy one in that toilet seals needed to be replaced. I noticed that the floor in my bathroom was wet. The diagnosis was fairly obvious. The fee was fair for a couple of hours work. Both gentleman let you know when they will arrive, and call if they are late. Other jobs have included replacing kitchen sink incinerators and faucets, installing washing machine shut off valves, putting in a hot water heater, installing new bathtub faucets. Nothing is particularly inexpensive, but then again, no plumbers seem to be inexpensive. The bottom line is that I believe in their integrity and professionalism.

Joe Carr and his assistants are all extremely pleasant, professional, and trustworthy. Joe has been taking care of the heating and plumbing in our house since we bought it ten years ago, and I recommend him highly. Rates are very reasonable, and they always work until the job is done, and done right. The heating and plumbing in an older house (ours is about 80 years old) are always a little tricky, but they always manage to come up with a solution, and help us maintain everything well.

Owner Joe Carr returned my call promptly both times I called, and Vince, a very polite and professional young man, has been here twice in the last four months. For the first first job, he gave us two potential solutions and their price, and let us make the decision about which way to go. Job was finished same day. For the bathtub, Vince tried to to fix the leaky faucets but they were beyond repair. Gave us the estimate for the replacement which had to be scheduled for a few days later due to length of the job- 5-6 hours. We were not charged for the service call. Vince returned and did a beautiful and professional job despite some problems with our 35 year old tile. Final cost was actually under his estimate! We have finally found a plumber we are happy with.

I used Narbeth Plumbing for a job last summer and they were fantastic.They were very professional. They got the job done really quickly. There was very little mess. And they were a pleasure to work with, I have had bad experience's before. They were very punctual and they got right back to me when I called, I appriciated that. I intend to use them in the future.
