It was a disaster.
Total charge including tax was approximately $350. I had anticipated $500.
Mark Scanlon is polite, personable, responsible and responsive. This has proved consistent over the 30 years we have lived in our house. I don't think I would use another plumber unless Mark told me he could not do some job.
"This member had a leak in his basement ceiling from his bathroom located above the bathroom. When we went to the job several times to investigate what was leaking we and could not duplicate the problem. Before we could open the ceiling to further investigate the problem there was a concern that there may be asbestos in the plaster ceiling and asked hime to get this tested and mitigated if necessary before we could proceed to determine the cause of the leak and fix it. We replied to all his phone calls and were waiting to hear back about the asbestos. We did not hear back from him as to the status of the asbestos and did not proceed with the job. All the initial investigation visits were done free of charge."
