Joan was initially responsive and gave us a good estimate for the job, so we proceeded. They showed up and performed the work as scheduled. However, our lawn still looked choppy, with lumps of dirt and rocks. We contacted Joan and told her that we were not fully satisfied with the work. She told us several times that she would come fill in some of the ruts and re-seed (since the grass grew unevenly). She finally did so after we posted a report on Angies List, but we were disappointed that it took so long (several months).

They provided good suggestions and showed us pictures ahead of time. They followed up and were available when we wanted the work done. They were good about calling us back. The work is excellent.

VERY THOUGHTFUL AND RESPONSIVE, WITH A DRAMATIC YET RESTRAINED RESULT. NICELY COORDINATED WORK WITH SOME OUTSTANDING STONEWORK, INCLUDING A BLUESTONE WALKWAY. REPLACED, WITHOUT COMPLAINTS, SOME PLANTS THAT DID NOT ESTABLISH WELL. ANSWERED OUR PHONE CALLS EVEN AFTER SHE HAD BEEN PAID.
