The staff is great. I have been using them for 25 years.

They're awesome. It's a family run business. I don't get a sense that they're gonna cheat me or show me things that I don't need specially being a single woman. The price was reasonable.

Their service is excellent. They are honest. They have convenient location. They are considerate. They've been very good. I've been a customer there for probably 20 years. I think they are competitive with area mechanics as to pricing.

It is a small independent car repair place. They work just on foreign cars. They know the cars and do what is required but they are no facility enough to do more than much required.

I have known them for years. They are reliable, fair, and trustworthy.

Dick Costa always explains matters thoroughly for all repairs, and gives me options when I have them, and works to keep costs reasonable.

I made an appointment and brought my Volvo in for a routine oil change. I dropped the car off at 8:00 a.m. and they said it would be ready by the afternoon and that they would call me when it was finished. I needed my car back by 3:00 and they assured me it would be done by then. At 2:00 p.m. I hadn't heard from them yet and so I called, hoping my car was ready. "Oh yeah, it's ready" was their response. I would have liked a courtesy call when it was ready. Perhaps I could have gotten my car sooner. I did like that they offered a free pick-up service. An employee came to my house (only a mile away), and picked me up in my car, and drove me back to Costa's where I paid the bill. I was shocked to see it was nearly $60 for an oil change. My mistake for not getting a quote over the phone. Had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. And in fact, I will go elsewhere next time.

I have used these guys over and over for my VW Passat. VWs are notorious for hard-to-trust and pricey repairs. I never ever felt like I was taken for a ride with these guys, I always walked away knowing they gave me the best deal possible. Their work is quality and they know their stuff. They have the experience that gives them the ability to find the problem every time. They stand by their work, 100%.

I feel that they always work well with their customer and I was very impressed at the fact they will drive to your local residence if there is a wait for your vehicle.

I have no complaints about this auto shop. They get the work done quickly and efficiently. The price is right, too.
