As far as his work and what he does, he's great. He's very professional. He knows what he is doing. He is such a pleasant, good person. Some people come in and try to get me to change this and that, but he doesn't do any of that. He just does what he needs to do and explains everything to me. For what we have, it usually takes him a day. He leaves the area spotless.

Three days after I called Mr Hoover was able to come and do the service. He was willing to work around my schedule. He was very neat and tidy, also very informative. The oil furnace was cleaned, and adjusted and has been working fine ever since.
