My roof developed significant leaks in two places right before Hurricane Sandy was about to bear down on the East coast. I needed a roofer in a hurry, or my house could have been damaged badly by the forecasted week of steady rain and wind. Within 2 days, Mike HIggins had my roof patched. Since I know I do need a new roof but am still saving up for it yet, I expected Sandy to cause a little more havoc to my roof. It did, in a new location, and true to his word, he was down again as soon as it was dry enough to get up there and repair it, which is today. I'm set now for the snow to hit next week. I can breathe a sigh of relief.
