I ordered centerpieces for all of my tables, pumpkins with fall flowers. They were embarrassingly sparse and wilted. I ordered three fall bouquets with the stems wrapped in ribbon. The flowers in the bouquet were not what I ordered. They were supposed to be a mixture of sunflowers, mums, roses, and fall leaves. The stems were supposed to be long and wrapped in satin ribbon with a bow. They were in ugly plastic holders instead of the stems wrapped in ribbon with a bow. In fact, There was no ribbons on the bouquets at all. The flowers were orange roses. Nothing like the bouquets I picked out. The mother's corsages were tiny, wilted, white roses that were brown on the edges. No ribbons on them either. I was embarrassed to present them but had no choice as my wedding was in the evening and I was not there when they were delivered. The grooms flower was a calla Lilly that was brown on the edges and wilted as were the rest of the grooms mens' flowers. To top it off, at the end of the reception. They had forgotten to make me the toss bouquet. I had to tear a centerpiece apart and tie it together to throw. Unfortunately this wasn't noticed until I was ready to throw the bouquet and was told "there was none". As if the flowers and centerpieces weren't embarrassing enough, I had to run to a table and tear my centerpiece apart and try to tie it together. It was horrible. When I complained the next business day, I was reimbursed $100. That was all... for everything being wrong and highly overpriced. They were half dead flowers.
