Baywash Auto Detailing

They did a terrible job of "detailing" my vehicles .  When I went to pick them up, I was shocked with the dirt & grease on my Honda CRV's wheels and door hinge areas. My Toyota Camry was equally disappointing with the door interiors seemingly not even touched! The trunk was a disaster. The rug was not even vacuumed, no less shampooed. When I asked the owner, Bob Thomas why the job was so poorly done, he stated that "the Camry was a 1996 so what did I expect?" I told him that I expected the cars to be detailed, not simply washed and the interior vacuumed. I could have that job done for $25 at a local oil change business. He became belligerent ,began to question my character and called me a trouble maker. I told him that he may know what detailing a car involves but does not do it. He wanted $250 for both cars and I settled for $200 because he became threatening to me. I went back a few days later to try to reach a compromise but he ordered me off of his property.
