Dave and Tim and two other workers did the work. They tore out bulkheads and wires. They installed new cabinets and counted, farm sink and dishwasher. Great work and workers. Denny was great to work with and patient. The men were professional and on time. Denny’s father remodeled our kitchen in 1989 and we chose them after two other bids.

We could not be more pleased with our kitchen project...and  the main reason was the staff.  From our first meeting with our designer/salesman, George, to the cabinet installers and other workmen, we found the team to be personable, responsive, courteous, punctual and professional. While probably not such a big job for Caruso, it was a major investment for us and we were a bit nervous about moving doorways and reorganizing the kitchen layout.  But George took his time with us, and more importantly, he listened to us....what we liked about our old kitchen, what we were missing in the old design, how we planned to use the new space, etc.  He created the perfect concept for us and from there it continued to be an absolutely positive experience.  The workers took every measure to limit dirt/dust outside the work space, cleaned up every night before they left, and kept the project moving.  No wasted time. No drama. Installation went smoothly with George coordinating floor installation and counter tops with other vendors. And the finished product is more beautiful then we could have imagined.  The cabinetry was produced and installed to perfection.  The layout and work space are convenient and efficient.  And the overall look is fresh and modern. We couldn't be happier and can recommend Caruso Cabinet with no reservation!

We had been planning to completely remodel the original, 1950's kitchen in our house for 2 years.  After working with multiple contractors and kitchen designers who couldn't seem to understand our vision, we found Caruso Cabinets in Irwin. 
George immediately understood what we were trying to do and, after multiple drafts of the design (we kept finding things we wanted and wanted to change in the original), we had a plan.  George was absolutely patient with us and our changes since this was a "once in a lifetime" for us and both he and us wanted perfect! 
The best thing about Caruso is that they manufacture their own cabinets so the choice of color, style, and layout were endless as opposed to all the other companies we talked to who use pre-fab cabinets and you're limited in the choices based on what they have in stock. 
From the day Tim, Dave and the rest of the remodel crew set foot in our house, they were the ultimate professionals and craftsmen.  The remodel crew showed up promptly at 8:30am every single day of the work and put in a full day until the project was complete, even making sure that they cleaned and swept up the daily dust before leaving.  Our original kitchen was stripped to the bare walls and the remodel began.  Every detail, every change, every addition was accommodated to assure our satisfaction with the finished product. 
From the very start, the entire Caruso team understood how important this remodel was to us and did absolutely everything possible to make sure it matched our dream.  When we decided at the last minute that we didn't want the walls cluttered with switches and plugs, George helped us find under cabinet power and switch strips to keep the walls clean (notice on the pictures no ugly plugs!)  That's the kind of attention to detail and making sure you're happy that Caruso provides!
We had major issues with our granite company, and Denny (the owner of Caruso) personally stepped in and made sure the counters were re-cut and correct. 
In our opinion you can go to any big box store for this kind of remodel and it will be just OK.  If you want a truly custom, beautiful dream kitchen, go to Caruso and talk to George. 

I had a small problem at the beginning because they were not fixing a door. They did take care of it in the end. They were good.

They designed a new kitchen and worked within the budget I provided.  They came on time and rebuilt my entire kitchen, rebuilt a bulkhead, installed new counters and cabinets as well as a dishwasher, stove, microwave and disposal.  They were punctual, very clean and did all cutting in the back of their truck, very meticulous and very professional.    I have had nothing but wonderful comments from friends and family about the look and design of my kitchen.  I have recommended this company to friends.  They do all their own cabinet making and the cabinets are quality.  Nothing but good things to say about this company.
