Hired Terry for a home inspection. I'm buying a home that i know needs a little tlc. I wanted the peace of mind that I'm not getting into something over my head. Terry was very professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He found some things I hadn't seen on my 2 previous walk-thrus. He had the full report completed within 2 days. It's a very detailed report. All in all I would definitely recommend Roof 2 Basement to anyone who needs a thorough inspector! I see it as money well spent..now I know exactly what I'm getting into!

It?s a rather unpleasant experience for me. The inspector do not have termite/WDI certificate to give proper WDI inspection, so I had to speed another 130 to hire a different company. The worst part is both the radon and the home inspection report were produced late. the inspector promised the results in 3-4 days, but it was delayed for a week and very negatively impacted my purchase timeline. And I had to gone though several stressful days contacting the radon lab, seller?s realtor and the inspector to finally get the result back, which was too late to be useful for me. Below is the direct comment from my realtor; I have NEVER waited this long for inspection reports. The inspectors I know produce radon results in 48-72 hours. Home inspection reports on the spot or within 24 hours. I respect who you choose but this is too long to wait.
