AT ALL COST!! If I’d have been able to leave negative stars I would have marked -5. He did not do the work he was hired to do. NOTHING in my furnace or flue was cleaned and I ended up having to do it myself with the help of my son. For three weeks my furnace was having issues such as shutting down, not starting and there was an odor of fuel oil which he insisted must be an oil leak. There is no leak, which was later confirmed by a reputable company. Ray was condescending and dismissive of me for three weeks before finally coming back only to hand me a note saying “no charge” instead of trying to determine the problem. Does not accept responsibility for subpar work nor try to make it right!

I'm not sure if it was because it was freezing or he was having a bad day, but just seemed irritable, annoying, and downright mean. Called to check a leak at mainline and was fit into his schedule. From the very first second we met, he just seemed like he didn't want to be there. Hard to put into words but would definitely not call again. Any plumber can fix a pipe, but not all can have asking for them to come back.

Mr. Moyer did exactly what had been discussed. He was on time, very professional and even took a look around the property to assure everything else, related to the plumbing, was in proper order. He did this for no charge and only to assure that all was o.k. at our property. We are in the process at the moment with Mr. Moyer to have him to replace our furnace with a new one in addition to faulty radiators. Mr. Moyer has provided us with his estimate, which is very reasonable after checking around and after the service he has provided to us before we are happy to work with him again.

I called once, and nobody called back.  I let it go for a few days, then I figured I'd give him one more try.  Got a call right back, apologizing profusedly for not getting back.  Sent someone right over the next day.  It was actually Ray's son and grandson that came.  They would not let anything go until it was absolutely perfect.  I directed them from one job to another in and around the house and they worked them all.  Very efficient, one tackling other jobs in the house while the other went to get parts for the faucet rebuild.  Very personable; answered all my questions.  Very careful with floors,  and the finish on expensive faucets.  I couldn't have been more pleased.

Ray was very nice. He showed up when he promised. I will call him in the future for any plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink wasnt draining very fast and neither was the dishwasher. Ray (its Ray not Roy) Moyer arrived about 2 hours after I called him and he and his assistant went to work right away determining the clogging issue, he had to saw a piece of pipe down and recap under the sink, among other things and even unclogged our tub. It took about an hour and a half and everything was working correctly in my old 1915 made home! Thanks Ray you are super pleasant and professional and very generous with your pricing!

He is always really reasonably priced. He fixed my dishwasher on a Saturday. Roy Moyer is awesome! He always finds the least expensive way to repair something. He doesn't charge you an arm and a leg just for showing up. He is really good. He is very practical. He explains what went wrong. He always fixes everything. If you have problem on a Saturday, he will show up on a Saturday. I have been using him forever, and I refer him to everyone. He is a great plumber.
