Martin Appliance is a family owned and operated appliance sales and service company. We have 5 locations in the southeastern region of PA. We are a Certified appliance service company, one of the very few in PA. We have 20 factory trained service technicians so we can get your appliance fixed as quickly as possible. We also stock thousands of major appliances so we can quickly deliver your new appliance. We are a company based on service and taking care of the customer. We look forward to serving you.

The provider came first thing in the morning, decided what was wrong, had me unplug the refrigerator and allow the ice build-up behind the back wall of frig. to defrost all day,came back at the end of the day to remove back wall cover and take care of the problem.

The dryer broke on Friday and we called them. They said they would be out Monday. They actually had a cancellation. and showed up that same day. They have been excellent. We are very happy with their service and continue to use them.

I needed to replace an old water softener, Clint the Water Specialist, visited and recommended Kinetico, A few days later Carl, our usuall Service Tech, came a few days later and installed a twin tank system. They are always neat and clean and very professional. The newly installed equipment works great.

I was very pleased with the service. I called Saturday morning ar 7:00. Within an hour someone returned my call. He seemed to know from my description what was wrong and thought it could be fixed the same day. Within another hour the technician called to make sure it was ok to come over, and within about another hour he was there and fixed it in about 1/2 hour.

They were very good. They were very prompt in getting out here. They were here when they said they would be. It wasn't cheap but it was an emergency so we didn't have any choice but they did a good job. The guy seemed very professional. In fact, he pulled the refrigerator out and he gave me a cleanup behind it after he fixed it. That was really nice. He was wonderful with his responsiveness. He answered any questions. His punctuality was great. The refrigerator went bad when we had an outage so we needed it fixed right away. We called them and they sent someone out the same day. The guy was here right on time. I am planning to buy my next appliance from them.

They were pretty good and quite prompt in their service. They have a very wide range of services and appliances that they service, including higher end appliances like Viking and Miele. I think they are one of the few people in this area that service those appliances. They do charge a little bit more for their service and expertise than other providers; it was $2156 for the new water softener and the new filter. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I selected Martin from the phone book based on proximity and the fact that it was locally / family owned / operated. I told them it was not an emergency, but the technician was out the next day and was able to diagnose and temporarily remedy the problem in short order. A replacement part was needed which he returned and installed one week later. Technician was competent and courteous. There was a minimum service call fee of about $60 as I recall in addition to the cost of parts and labor.

Service was provided the next day after I called. Serviceman arrived at the scheduled time, did the required work and also checked the outside to see that the dryer was vented properly. As the vent goes up and over to the outside, he advised me to have the vent vacuumed from the outside every two years.
