The folks at Brubaker's were very helpful, knowledgeable, and forthright in showing us the two vehicles we came to see. There was no pressure. They left us on our own if we just wanted to look things over, but were available whenever we had questions. We were convinced from the get go that we could trust these folks. We were very pleased with our purchase, and got an excellent vehicle for well below the Edmund's or Kelly Blue Book price. Our experience was very good from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The last three or four vehicles we bought here. We get a very good deal, and they are very easy to work with. They cater to the buyer and do everything that the buyer would like. If you don't see the vehicle that you want they will find the one you are looking for. We thought it was an excellent price. They did the paperwork and got us in to take ownership very quickly. The quality of the service is excellent and we will use them again in the future.

The asking price of the pick-up truck was $24,900. It took major effort to get them to drop the price down to $24,300. I later learned the actual wholesale price to the dealer on the truck was around $19,000. I couldn't determine the actual price because the Kelley Blue Book did not list the price of 2011 year vehicles until 2012. Why was the price of a 2011 so low at $19,000 ? The truck had been in a serious passenger side door accident. That information was known to Brubaker Auto Sales but never told to me at the time of the sale. I later discovered the truck had been re-painted and some of the re-painting had not been done properly. They actually used a can of spray paint to cover over a damaged spot on my front bumper as well as the back right corner of the truck under the tail light. This truck was banged up. When I brought this fact to their attention they said they'd fix it if I paid them $100. Just lovely. If I had known the truck was in a serious accident I would have never bought it. The electronic ignition works right when it wants to work right. The problem is most likely caused by the fact the transmission linkage was bent in the accident and never repaired. They way over charged me for a pick-up truck that had been in a very bad accident and sustained bad damage known to them. They did a lousy job painting and covering up that damage. I feel Brubaker Auto Sales, Myerstown, PA over charged me by $2,500 to $3,000 and never informed me of the accident damage they were aware of on the truck prior to the puchase.
