Walkers Pet HoTail

• I've been a client of Walker's for years.  Originally started using their grooming services (and I have 8 dogs!) and advanced to boarding and now, most recently, to daycare. They are wonderful!  Their staff is accommodating and friendly and fuss over my pups the way I do.  They excel in grooming and boarding.  My dogs have always been well cared for and when boarding their meds have been appropriately distributed.  I most recently returned to them with a new 4 1/2 month old pup to socialize and exercise while I'm at work daily.  It's been a fantastic experience.  My pup loves to go and has socialized wonderfully in just two weeks.  He comes home exhausted and happy.  Can't say enough positive things are Walker's.

Great, my cats were well cared for. In addition, another family member traveling with us boarded their cat during the same time period. Walkers employees noticed blood in the urine of this cat, contacted the family member and sent the urine sample for analysis. It was discovered the cat had a UTI. Walkers picked up the prescription and administered the medication. Aside from the cost of the prescription, there were no additional charges. Their service went above our expectations!

I can't thank Walker's Pet Hotail enough.  When my dog was being boarded they noticed blood in his urine and called me.  I was out of town.  They made arrangements to take  my dog to my vet.  One of the owners came in on his day, took him to the vet and stayed with him during the exam and took him back to be boarded.  They cared for him and gave him his medicine and beyond that they loved him as if he was their own dog.
I expected extra charges on my bill but there weren't any.  This is my dog's home away from home and i would not hesitate to recommend them or board him here again.

It was fine. They have a big kennel and a lot of animals to care for.

We use them for bathing our dog also and for kenneling her when we need to. They've always taken very good care of her.

Overall everything was really good. Our dogs were happy when we returned but that is expected. Our dogs were attended to daily with going outside at frequent intervals and given their meals as we directed. Our dogs were socialized with other dogs that behaved similar to their behaviors and age. I would recommend taking your dog to Walkers.

We have been taking our large breed dog to Walker's for five years now, since she was a puppy, and have been VERY happy with her care there. The staff is friendly and kind - - all appear to really love working with our pet. I really like that a person can take a tour at ANY time - - they have no problems showing anyone around, which says to me they have nothing to hide and are proud of their facility.

We've taken one of dogs for obedience classes. They've provided cat grooming and both of our dogs have been groomed. They are helpful, and the prices are comparable. They provide boarding and grooming, and we've utilized their veterinary services, as well.

The owner is very responsive to any special request. The staff there seems to be concerned about my pets. It is satisfactory. We know other people who use the same canal. My pets do seem to like it there because when somebody come to collect them and take them back to the canal they don't even give us a second glance, they are happy to go. I would use their services again in the future.

We board our dog (Lacey) at Walker's on a regular basis and have always had wonderful experiences. Our dog loves going to Walker's and she is always happy to see the people when we drop her off. The staff is great and has even been willing to stay a few hours late to let us pick up our dog when we had an emergency and had to pick her up late at night. I would recommend Walker's to anyone!
