I hired these folks three years ago to do my pool liner. After one year, I got bubbles and wrinkles in the bottom of our pool liner. I didn't complain about that, but over three years, we kept losing more and more suction on the pool lines that they were supposed to replace (at a cost of over $1,000 to run them 53' to the filter area). I went to replace them - expecting to have to dig 2 - 3 feet deep as it is required to get these under the frost line to ensure they would not crack. They literally put them under the topsoil (see pictures) which explained why they were cracked and lost suction. When I called about it, I first asked how deep they should be dug (assuming no pool deck issues which was not the case with us since they was no pool deck as we were replacing it at the time) and was told at least 2' deep. When I then asked why the job they did was only 2" deep - they changed their story telling me they didn't need to be that deep - if properly winterized. I then told them the price I paid - noting that was WAY to high to literally just cover them with topsoil and not be warned they were not suitable depth. I was told the owner would need to talk to me - three weeks later - NO call back from the owner. Pricing wise - these people on here saying they have the best prices must not shop online. Shop around people. Maybe locally if in a pinch their prices are better than other stores around, but you can get things for half price if not cheaper online - chemicals, hardware, etc. They are ripping people off and do NOT do good work from a service perspective. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...MANAGEMENT of this company is TERRIBLE!!!

. I got this hot tub through Amazon.com about a year and a half ago, it worked great for about 8 months and then it stopped heating. I called Village Pools and they sent Mark out within the first 3 days.He is great to deal with. He got to work right away and found the problem and corrected it. I cant say enough good about these folks. Its nice to have someone out in the community that will come out and service a hot tub that thay didnt sell. Too Me these people are priceless

These people are the best in the business period. I really cant say enough good about them. After my initial contact with them they responded quickly and responsibly . It took less then 5 days with a weekend in the middle for them to come as they promised and they showed up on time!!! The service tech Mark went right to work and answered any and all my questions on the spot. I would have them back in a second!! The service was GREAT AS WAS THE PRICE AND THE PEOPLE. !!!!:] And the most important part about the whole thing was that I hadn't even purchased the spa from them. Honesty abounds with these folks BRAVO!!!

Called the company. Ordered the parts. I installed. Working fine. When I do need to replace my spa, I'll go elsewhere.

Excellent. We have used Village Pools for 22 years and I highly recommend them. They are responsive, fair and treat all their customers well. I would not think of using another pool company. They open and close our pool, fix anything that goes wrong quickly.

With several pool companies in the Greensburg area that could care less about your business, ie. quoting 2-3 weeks to come for a service call, not showing up on scheduled day/time, and general poor customer service, I was not expecting any different from Village Pools in Murrysville. I had called on a Monday evening with a loss of pressure in my pool pump. The woman I spoke to told me they could be there by the end of the week. I took this appointment hoping they would actually show up. I was shocked the next morning when the men showed up at 9am. They were very knowledgable, courteous and showed me not only the problem but also how to fix it. When I tried to pay them, they told me the office would bill me. A couple of weeks later, I had water pouring out from the bottom of my heater. I called again, since they were so prompt the previous time and again the men showed up the next morning. Turns out I needed a new heater. The old one could have been fixed but they were very honest in that something else could break the next day. The part needing fixed was over $1000 and it was not worth it just to fix that. I gave the go ahead on a Tuesday. They told me it would be done sometime between the end of the week and beginning of the next. Again, I was shocked that the next day they were here and installed it. Anyone that has an inground pool knows that anything wrong with the pump or the heater and your pool sits. Can't add chemicals, clean or anything. I am very impressed with this company and would highly reccommend anyone in the Greensburg area to call them and take advantage of the ONLY pool company in this area that actually cares about their customers.
