They were okay and average. What we didn’t like is that, they brought down bigger pieces of the tree at a time, than what was needed to be done. We had holes in the yard because of that. They fixed that. My complain was that, they could have been more careful while bringing down the trees. They did come back and repair the holes. They were pretty responsive. We contracted them in September but they didn’t do the work until Thanksgiving. That’s why I gave them C on punctuality. Since the ground was wet, they couldn’t bring their equipments on to our yard. The equipments were heavy. That delay caused some of the problems. I would use them in the future.
