About us
We are a general contracting firm which specializes in home accesibility for those with disabilities, along with new home construction and remodeling. We currently staff certified accessibility plan reviewers and multifacitated trades people in an effort to limit subcontracting. We have staff numbers to complete most any project in house, be it residential or commercial. Additionally, we have designers on staff to make a seamless transition from idea to completion. We are a preferred Certainteed installer of siding, roofing, decking, and insulation. Further, we have all EPA lead certifications.

Jeff was unable to manage his crew, their quality of work and scheduling of the project. The contractor never completed the scope of work and refused to honor his commitments. Ultimately had to find another contractor to complete the work. I would never consider using Spectrum for another project. I wish I would have belonged to Angies's list back in 2010.
Obviously he has ripped us off. No response to our emails, phone calls, or voicemails. Avoid doing business with him at all costs.
