Description of Work: Contacted them to get information on a building product. I was told they would return call wtihin 24 hours. Never happened. Reading other reviews show that part is consistent.

 + 0 moreJeff was unable to manage his crew, their quality of work and scheduling of the project. The contractor never completed the scope of work and refused to honor his commitments. Ultimately had to find another contractor to complete the work. I would never consider using Spectrum for another project. I wish I would have belonged to Angies's list back in 2010.
Description of Work: Spectrum construction put on two new decks for the front and rear of the house. they also repaired siding and trim.

 + -1 moreObviously he has ripped us off. No response to our emails, phone calls, or voicemails. Avoid doing business with him at all costs.
Description of Work: We subcontracted with Jeff Franke of This company and agreed to install a wheelchair lift at the home of his customer. We Purchased the lift from our manufacturer and Installed it on January 30, 2014. Mr. Franke never paid us for this lift. The agreed amount was $5964.00 and he never paid us a single cent. He never takes our calls, and never returns our voicemails. This is a shady contractor. We are going to be forced to remove and re-possess our wheelchair lift from his handicapped customer. This customer is going to suffer because Spectrum Construction is choosing to try and rip us off. It appears that Mr. Franke never intended to pay us for this equipment. Please beware of this
