My name is Frank. I chose to work in this industry because I enjoy buildings, construction and problem solving. About myself...Since 2001, I have maintained, renovated and improved the energy efficiency of many homes as well as my own properties. Prior to that, I have 10 years construction management experience. I have done just about everything from putting a gas grill together to renovating entire houses. I am an expert in home performance and energy efficiency. I hold a BPI certification for energy auditing (since 2009). I can solve problems with high energy bills as well as comfort issues in your home. I also have a degree in mechanical engineering. I don't smoke. I don't drink. I don't take drugs. I have my own tools and truck . I am insured. My Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor Number is: PA025838. I have many references..

Good coordination of schedules. Arrived and explained what he would be doing and went into more detail as he started each area he was inspecting so I understood the what, why, and wherefore of the testing. Provided a report including pictures and explained the various test results. They will be handling some of the recommended improvements.
