NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Before being hired, John readily discussed all the services he would perform & answered questions thoroughly. He was available to perform the inspection within a week of when we contacted him. John mistakenly arrived for the inspection 30 minutes early but accommodated for the mistake without complaint. His subcontractors arrived as scheduled. The inspection was thorough & John was friendly & polite; he accommodated the seller being present. He volunteered information & answered questions willingly. He noted that he would normally walk on the roof for inspection but declined to do so in this case so as not to damage the slate shingles. He recorded all inspection notes digitally, including photographs. The morning following the inspection, John emailed us a narrative inspection report which accurately reflected everything we discussed during the inspection.
