They came late.  A phone call would have been appreciated. When I finally got ahold of Amy she gave me one excuse as to why they were late.  The guy in charge gave me another.  I could tell by one man's attitude he did not want to be here.  They did an okay job but broke a vase.  They gave me a discounted price because of this.

 Sorry, but I will not use this company again.  I was totally dissatisfied.

NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY WOULD COME TO CLEAN WINDOWS ON DAYS WHEN IT WAS RAINING OR SNOWING EVEN THOUGH I CALLED & ASKED THEM ONLY TO CLEAN WINDOWS ON DAYS WITHOUT PRECIPITATION.
