Andy explained all of the options up front, verified specs and the job was done way before I expected it could be. These guys are top notch! I would recommend to anyone. :-)

They've done all manner of things over the years. I've used them since probably 2002. Its very good. I think that these people are very honest and they talk with you about different options. They are not hard sell on you got to do this, they don't try to get as much work out of you as they possibly can.

I first contacted Jeff's Auto Care through email and they were very responsive. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours they called with an estimate for the repair. A couple of hours after that they called again to let me know they were finished with the repair and the cost was actually a couple of dollars less than their estimate.

I have been to Jeff's auto about three times (my father has been there many more times) and every time they have been professional, fast and inexpensive. On each occasion the mechanic fit me into his busy schedule so I didn't have to wait long at all. Quick and easy!

I have been using Jeff's for over 20 years and I trust them completely. They are professional and honest. For small things like inspection and oil changes you can make an appointment and wait. Without fail, they will work on my car as soon as I bring it in and my wait time is limited.

I needed an oil change (several months overdue) and state inspection (also overdue). I just began working in Murrysville, so I thought Jeff's might be a good candidate to get the work done while I worked. They were able to accommodate the work AND drop me off at my place of work, even though I didn't have an appointment. If there was a place like this where I used to work, my car would not have been overdue on oil change or inspection! The employees were polite. I got a phone call from Jeff's the day after the work was done to let me know they inadvertently overcharged me. The employee was deeply apologetic, and offered to take care of refund over the phone. The amount of the overcharge was minor, and I bet most customers would not have noticed. I think it speaks to the character of the establishment when they go out of their way to return money to a customer. My car is happy to have fresh oil and a current inspection sticker. I will use them again.

Great, I have used Jeff's for over 30 years. Have always done a good job and very reasonable prices. Ans what really makes it great is the shop is walking distance from where I work.

Jeff from Jeff's Auto Care has always been excellent. His price is excellent too. He doesn't bill until the problem is completely fixed. I would continue to use him in the future.
