The workers were punctual, and the work was completed in the allotted time frame. The system was clearly explained and the yard was cleaned up when they were done. They answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the job performed. They did a nice job with little damage to the lawn.

We are very happy with the quality of product and the service with our sprinkler system. My husband can't wait to not water the lawn this summer. We did have an issue with a pipe bursting in the middle of the night. Luckily I could hear the water leaving the home. Emco resolved the issue promptly and to my satisfaction. They even gave us a free maintenance session. Sometimes these things happen, but when there is no harm it is nice to work with a company that quickly and adequately resolves the situation. I would definitely recommend them.

Punctual arrival, patiently explained how system works, took time to walk around and show me locations of sprinkler heads (I bought this house with the system). Showed me how to do summer install myself, explained how to tweak sprinklers. Showed all details of control unit.

WE'VE HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CALL TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT DURING HOURS WHEN I'M UNAVAILABLE, THEY OFFER NO FLEXIBILITY OR CONVENIENCE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE. THEY OPENED IT UP FOR THE SEASON AND SET IT TO RUN TWICE EACH NIGHT. I DIDN'T NOTICE THIS KIND OF WASTE, BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE ARE SLEEPING AT THAT HOUR.
