Significant peeling of rustproofing material and missed spots - missed 1 year inspection requirement so had to pay full price for them to re-rustproof. Should have been discounted given workmanship

I called Elite the day before our daughter's prom, and they were extremely friendly and accommodating, even though it was very last minute.  The driver was punctual, very friendly, and our daughters had a great time.  I highly recommend them!

It was a wonderful experience. Both drivers were on time, very efficient and helpful. They were friendly and put us at ease.

For my wife's 50th I hired a limo from the good folks at Elite to drive she and her crew around town for dinner and dancing and drinks. The limo was clean and stocked; the driver Sam was friendly and funny (and drove safely!); a win all around. Highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Definitely cheaper than long term parking at the airport or taking a cab, and sooooo much nicer to be picked up in a clean, new Town Car. Drivers both directions were terrific. Came to the door exactly on time, and were waiting at the baggage claim for the return home. Wow! Such great service.

I did that above. I thought my experience was excellent and if a similar need arose again I would use this service. Also the staff who set up the appointment were courteous and helpful.

Beautifully. They were supposed to arrive at 5:30, but arrived at 5:00. This made the passengers, who were convinced they were going to miss their train, very happy! I was a little surprised by the cost, but having nothing to compare it with, I won't complain. We were all very pleased with the service.

The dispatcher explained everything and was very professional and approachable with questions. Everything was perfect. Barney Silverman our driver was very professional. Took us to dinner and drove us home. I will use them again.

Excellent. Driver arrived 15 minutes early (6:45), and called us from driveway to make sure he was at the right place and to announce his arrival, reassuring us not to hurry. He loaded our luggage into the car trunk, and drove us to the airport. He kept speed limits, signaled turns and lane changes, wore his seat belt, urged us to wear our seat belts--all the right things. (Driver was Randy Turley.)

VERY GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THE WORK WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED TO A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF QUALITY. MARK NADER WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN ENSURING THAT A COMPATIBLE UNIT FOR THE VEHICLE WOULD BE USED BOTH FROM A TECHNICAL STANDPOINT AND AN OVERALL SOUND QUALITY PERSPECTIVE. THE INSTALLATION MET OR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS IN ALL AREAS.
