All concerns were addressed, and we are happy with the result.

All craftsmen were very professional. Granite countertop had an error, but Dream called Granite supplier and had resolved in a week. Mistakenly put on wrong showerhead, but resolved as soon as I pointed out. Very responsive to any issues

Great. Beverly Acherman was great to work with on design and materials. She walked that fine line between giving me what I wanted and what I needed with aplomb. The result is beautiful. The installer, Joe, was here on time, kept the area as clean as possible and worked around my pets without incident. Plan to use them again for a kitchen remodel when finances permit.

They rescheduled the job, to move it earlier. Then it felt very rushed. We had a huge leak into our basement after they put in the shower! They promptly repaired it the next day when we called and emailed them a video of the water pouring from the ceiling, it was like a faucet was turned on in the basement ceiling above the shower, that is how much water was leaking through my walls when they first told us the shower was completed and ready to use. Scary. They stored their tools in my bathtub and left a scratch in it, despite the cardboard they laid down to prevent scratches. They also ordered the wrong size sink, and that needed to be reordered. I had to ask them to redo a section of tile on the floor. The worker redid the tiles, even though his boss said it looked ok to my husband. It didn't look ok, it was rushed and sloppy. The worker knew it, and he fixed it even when his boss told my husband they weren't going to fix it. I think they were rushing to get it done to start a new job. Now, when I take a bath, I can see all of the sections where grout has fallen out of the wall in between tiles in my "new" shower, mere two years after it was installed. It just makes me sad.

1. We were very pleased with the design created for our bathroom. Larry Lynt and tjier glass sub-contractor did an excellent installation. The cabinetry and hardware complemented each other very nicely. The walls and ceiling, however, were very poorly done. The work on the walls and ceiling seemed to have been done in a rush and needed more attention to detail. The spackling on the joints needed additional work. The ceiling was not smooth and is rippled in several spots. The walls are not smooth,and there were bumps and rough areas on the walls. The nail holes on the door frame and baseboards were not spackled.

I had 2 bathrooms that I needed done in my 70?s home.  I became very frustrated with companies that
I called because none offered the whole package from start to finish.  Some required a separate plumber, a separate
electrician, and some didn?t even take the garbage. 
I knew from my first phone conversation with Chris from Dream
Kitchens and Baths that I was in good hands. 
This company has it all; kitchen/bath designers (Carl, Chris, Bev, and
Nicole), unlimited selection options, and the most knowledgeable installers (Mike
and David) I?ve had in my home.  They
were very timely and everything was done on schedule.  We couldn?t be more pleased with the turnout
of both of our bathrooms and I would recommend Dream Kitchens and Baths to all
I know, and I already have.  We are so
pleased we just signed a contract for our kitchen project.
