"An accommodation was made at time of payment. Total price was $925. Accommodation made at time of payment was $175. As to the customer’s points: I strongly disagree with her assessment of the pressure washing at staining was shoddy. Customer made no statement ever that is was not done correctly until now. The grill was cleaned and 1 burner our of 5 does not work. I discussed with cust. at the time the possibility of wrecking the grill attempting to change burner as it was old, bolts were rusted badly. She agreed not to attempt to change. I did drill holes in the wrong place for the mirror but at the time did not have spackling to fix. Since there was more work to be done I figured I would fix later. There were a could small splatters of sealer on garage door that I forgot to fix. The front door was painted correctly. I later installed a new door lock and did not notice any runs or drips. Finally, I began the work at end of August, expecting to take 1 to 2 weeks because of my schedule and customer’s schedule of availability. Because of customer not being available very often, I did not complete work until mid-November. I admit during this extended period I forgot to fix the mistakes I had made. When I asked for payment customer reminded me of the holes drilled wrong and the splatters. Since I had not been paid anything since starting 3 months before we agreed she would pay $750 including my expenses. I had paid over $100 for materials. There were other additions and subtractions of jobs during the work period so complete accommodation for changes in jobs and her complaints was $175."
