Choice Pools

The workmanship was terrible and the customer service was even worse. Choice pools installed a gray concrete pad that looked like a sidewalk next to a brown aggregate pool deck. In addition to a poor color choice, the quality of work was unacceptable. The pad is uneven with large extra globs of concrete on top, has rough edges and a large indentation in the center where water pools. They damaged some of the surrounding concrete and also left a mess of extra concrete in my yard. When I contacted the owner to complain, instead of coming out to view the job, I was told that I could pay to have it torn up and replaced at a cost of $600 more than the original job.

The job was done fabulously, our yard was completely transformed! We are impressed with the end result and you would never guess you were in PA - I feel like I am at a resort in my backyard. They were wonderful to work with and did absolutely everything from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with their work. They were on time, they kept the work area clean, they were honest, good with kids and pets around. They were very pleasant and courteous to work with which is important since they are in your yard every day! We had a quick deadline of just a few weeks to get a lot done before throwing an outdoor party and they worked hard and completed everything on time (worked extra to make up for time lost with bad weather). We also feel they were priced fair for considering the quality work they did and value that was added to our home. 
We had them build a pool with a stone waterfall/fountain that is beautiful. They built a fire pit that has been great to use on summer nights. They built a great concrete outdoor bar (decorated as a tiki hut).  Everyone has really enjoyed all the great additions to the new yard and are impressed with the work. They also did the landscaping, put up the fence, and even built a stone mailbox that we desperately needed. 
We would absolutely choose to work with Choice Pools again and recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool or for any other outdoor concrete or landscape work.

Choice pools not only installed our pool, hot tub and automatic cover but also the concrete decking, retaining wall and fencing in approx. 3 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Choice Pools to anyone. I researched 4 other pool companies before deciding to go with Choice Pools. Not only was Choice Pools the most reasonably priced, their workmanship and design is superior to other local pool installers.
