 + -1 moreUnfortunately, this experience seems to be well within the norm for these remodelers. They're generally punctual and pleasant when they visit for the first time, taking time to look at things, measure, and discuss at least in general terms, various options. But not ever calling or writing back after that seems to be Standard Operating Procedure. It's an awful way to treat potential customers, and I would dissuade anyone from using a contractor that behaves this way.
Description of Work: Came to see our 2 bathrooms and our kitchen for complete remodeling; measured, discussed issues, and promised to email a proposal or bid within 5-6 days; then never did.
