Flood's Landworks Ltd has served the Pocono community for over twenty years. Areas of service include septic design installation, and repair. In addition excavating for home improvements and maintenance of property is integral to customer service. Our quality of blended top soil is a must for the home gardener and commercial landscaper, in addition the mountain's best mushroom soil is available. We supply stone, sand, mulch, and other necessities. In conjunction with Flood's Nursery landscaping, garden and lawn maintenance remain an important part of daily customer service. General construction remains a priority item with us. If we cannot do the requested project we will refer you to experienced contractors with the expertise to handle your needs. Serving Cresco, Mt. Pocono and the surrounding area, our goal is to exceed all of your expectations on every project We also supply mulch, stone, top soil, sand for those at home projects.

Justin and Deb at Flood Landworks were wonderful to work with. Justin promptly provided an estimate with a diagram specifying the plant and layout. Deb also came to see the layout before we went to their nursery to view the plant choices. Deb and I then made changes based on our preferences. They are very flexible. Changes were also made on the day of planting after plants were positioned. Deb sent down additional plants as needed. The work took two complete days during which old large shrubs were removed, beds shaped and cut out, placed 2 feet of stone along the perimeter, top soil and peat moss added, and finished with natural brown mulch. The 3 men working were professional gentlemen who aimed to please. They went above and beyond to spread the leftover stone, soil and mulch wherever I wanted it. We are extremely happy with the result. We had 5 estimates ranging from $2800. (Flood’s) to $6000 and have not regretted our choice.

Everything went very well. The job was done in a quick and professional way. The patio looks 100% better than it did,, the back garden is full of healthy growing corn and the barrier to protect the stones from washing out works just great. The front of the house looks beautiful from the road with the black mulch against the colors of all our roses. I already have set up a schedule for next year so that when it's time for spring cleaning we'll be ready. We highly recommend them for whatever service you need.

Everything went very well. The men showed up by 9am and started work right away.  Jason was great at getting everything in order as well as the others going non-stop till work was finished. We could not be more satisfied with the work that was done.
