Drain Cleaning
We have rental units so it's very important that we have someone that is reliable and prompt to deal with issues that arise. In this particular instance, one of our tenants on a 3rd floor complained about the drain being backed up in the kitchen sink. It was also coming up in the bathroom sink as well as making the floor wet behind the toilet. We called Dennis and he got there the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed the toilet leak issue before 5:00 pm. As it turned out, there was a huge clog down in the drain that all three fixtures shared. All was well by the time the tenant came home that evening.
