From the very beginning these gentlemen Bob and his crew worked in a very professional and timely manner. Bob appeared at the site evey 30 minutes to make sure things were going well. We have wait a very long time for this job to be done due to the weather. I interviewed at least 3 to 4 contractors. The two contractors we narrowed it down to, were very similar. Bob was very detailed oriented and explained everything in full detailed so I understood. I watched this process from beginning to end. I must day i was very impress with the way they worked with such unity. On August 9th 2014 Bob came over to see if everything was ok. He was just as pleased as I was. This was something that if i were to do it all over again, I would do everything exactly the same. This was a very good experience. Thanks Bob!

They are very good. They are very responsive. They did what they said they would do and on time. They explained everything to us. Their owner is pretty upfront guy. I would use them again.

Our aging roof was in need of replacement, so, after obtaining outrageous quotes from the and quot;big boxand quot; stores, we contacted Ralph at Millenia Home Improvements, a local contractor. His price was very fair, and he had a good reputation with our homeowner's association, so we contracted with him. He was able to provide the same types of products, services, and warranty as the big box stores.

The shingles were delivered and the installation team was ready to go in 4 days, but the weather was uncooperative. Ralph decided to have his crew strip and re-shingle the house in sections, so that any exposed portions could be completed even if it started to rain. The crew was able to complete half of the house the first day, and Ralph's plan worked out well....we caught heavy rain for the next three days in a row, but since our shingles were still intact on the other half of the house, we had no leaking issues.

When the weather finally cleared, the crew came out and finished the job. After completion, the crew cleaned up the job site, including magnetically sweeping for nails, and the the waste was carried away in the provided dumpster.

The crew was quick, quiet, and polite, and did a very good job. Ralph stopped by the site frequently to assure that all was going well, and to examine and correct any minor issues. After the job was complete and the dumpster was taken away, Ralph returned to inspect and do a final magnetic sweeping.

We were more than satisfied with Millenia. Ralph kept us informed at every step of the way, and made sure we were perfectly satisfied with the job. I would give them a very high recommendation.

They were available. I called other people and they weren't available. He came by and gave me an estimate that morning. He told me I could call him by noon to let him know. He gave me a chance to think about it and I could have called him later. But I needed it done that day or I wanted it done that day. He came back with a crew of 2 other guys and they removed the snow. I had some damage in the house and because they were contractors I asked him to assess the damage and give me an estimate they would charge to fix it. He came and looked at it and I haven't heard from him. I guess they didn't need the business or maybe it was an oversight. I want to call him back because I now have the insurance check and want to set it up and get it done when the weather breaks over here. Initially, the price for the snow removal appeared to be expensive to me, but I don't know in comparison to what. I didn't have any other choices and I wanted it done right then and there. The job was done. I had to ask them to take off a couple of icicles in the back of the house after they took off the snow, otherwise they wouldn't have taken the icicles down. I had icicles that were at least 7 feet long. They would have been potential deathtraps if they had fallen on somebody.
