The dealer did not have a belt in stock, plus the person at the service deck said there is no warranty on my Snow Blower, and that I would have to pay for parts and labor.  The dealer was friendly when he sold me the snow blower, but very unfriendly with I needed service on my snow blower.  I called Snapper and getting nowhere as of now.  Thinking of sending mail to Bishop of their Mennonite Church.

First of all, we purchased the push mower from them, and it needs a part for it to work again.  They were just very friendly and very helpful, because I know nothing much about lawn mowers and push mowers.  I brought the lawn mower and the guy look for information for it.

Very trustworthy and very good service. If they do not get the job done right the first time they will try until it is done correctly.
