WHITE GLOVE CLEANING SVCS

Started out OK and the performance level fell. They came late, rushed through the job, forgetting to do things, in a hurry to get to the next job. We had a problem with theft that was not handled professionally. Part of the job was to change and launder bed linens. Frequently they left before the linens and towels were finished. They were supposed to return to complete this task. On there last visit they did not complete the laundry and said they would return later in the day. They did not. I called in the late afternoon and she said she forgot and would be there the next day. She did not come back and did not show up for the next scheduled visit. I called and left several messages - no response. I guess she quit without giving any notice!
