I am a single, 36 year old female veteran that was buying my first house by myself and I had no clue what I was doing. Val walked me through every part of the VA loan and the buying procedure. She was with me every step of the way, answering every crazy question, and just being all around fantastic. She was very trustworthy, and straightforward. I never felt like she was pushing me into a situation that was uncomfortable or pressuring me in any way. She has a fabulous attitude, a great personality and fantastic sense of humor. I had a wonderful home buying experience and it's all because I had the best real estate agent for me. I can't commend her enough for taking what could've been a horrendously stressful process and making it fun and easy to negotiate. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
