So far I am not real fond of how they have been. They told me my roof would be on at the end of August and here it is in the middle of September and I still don't have a new roof. Because this repair is the result of hail storm damage the insurance company is paying the bill and all I pay is the deductible. I can't really say a whole lot about them because they haven't done anything yet. They seem to drag their feet and they are not 100 percent honest on when it is going to be done. I gave them the check over a month ago and the guy told me they were going to order the shingles and I would have my roof by the end of August. On Monday when their secretary called she said they were going to order their shingle and would have them in a couple of days. I'm thinking, wait a minute, the shingles were supposed to already have been ordered so I feel they are not completely truthful about stuff like that. So I am kind of nervous about getting the roof done and hopeful it won't be done badly. I hope this company is not a storm chaser or a fly by night firm. They sought me out after the storm; I did not call them initially. I am not sure whether I will use them again in the future.
