Found stray cat that looked like attacked by dog by my garage. Took it up without appointment and was seen promptly. Surgery was necessary and provided all within reasonable cost.

I now have a very loving cat.

The doctor cultured for an ear infection that I didn't even expect and was very thorough in the exam. The office staff are very efficient- they are somewhat professional rather than friendly but I don't have any problem with that. The week before I had taken our older Spaniel there with breathing issues and she died while there. They couldn't have been nicer and let me stay in the room with her until I was ready to "let go" even though they were very busy and we had come in as an emergency visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I am thrilled to have found them. The two docs are wonderful, personable and very caring. They seem to genuinely like animals!
Response from Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital
"We appreciate the great review Mrs. (member name removed)! We really strive to please all of our clients, but this can be very difficult when things get hectic and busy in a veterinary clinic. We do our best to manage the time efficiently and get people in and out in a timely manner. I personally never like for anyone to wait very long (more than 20 minutes) for their appointment...it drives me crazy! So once again, thank you for your great review!"

Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital and their staff are just wonderful. They took very good care of my cat, took the time to get his records from his previous vet, gave me all the information I needed and took their time with us. I didn't feel rushed in the slightest. I have since switched my other cat to their care and will stay with them as long as I have animals!

We love this veterinarian. He is caring and informative. He did research on his animals to help us with our dogs. I can't say enough about him. He spends over a half hour on a return phone call to help us out with our dog's cancer. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. He really cares about each animal and takes time with you. I don't mind waiting to spend quality time with a doctor to understand my animal's problems. He also removed a cancerous tumor from my dog's leg and he was excellent with this. He let us bring our dog in the morning of the surgery instead of the night before. This meant a lot to me to keep my animal comfortable at home instead of the vet.
