 + -1 moreDO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LEVIN FURNITURE unless you like being lied to and ripped off. Levin Furniture is the worst company I have ever had made purchases from. They place ads all over the television of "5 years free financing and no payments" and their sales associates reiterate that to you while in the store and signing for the purchase.. What a lie! I faithfully made monthly payments, even though I was told by the sales associate, Alex, that I did not have to make any payments as long as the purchase was paid off before the 5th year ended. Like I said, what a lie. I was assessed fees and adjustments 5 months after the purchase date for deciding to take the option I was told I had and not making one payment. The ads on television and the radio are a fraud!!!!!!! This is illegal, morally and ethically wrong! I will NEVER purchase another item from Levin Furniture and I will never recommend them to family, friends or even any strangers who ask!

 + -1 moreFair; sale people were friendly but the sofas were poor. The first leather couch was $1000, the second couch was $800. Neither was worth the amount of money!
Description of Work: We purchased a leather sofa and 2 Lane End Tables in Sept 2011. After 2 months the leather sofa severely faded and the tops of the end tables flacked. Levin took couch back and gave us a credit. They did the tops of the end tables. Went to the new Greensburg store to get new couch. The 2nd couch started to sink after 3 months! Now Levin is willing to fix it but I have to give them the couch for 1-2 weeks without a couch. I'm glad they are willing to fix couches but the quality is very poor and I'm very tired of dealing with poor quality!! This is frustrating
