Levin Furniture is the worst company I have ever had made purchases from. They place ads all over the television of "5 years free financing and no payments" and their sales associates reiterate that to you while in the store and signing for the purchase.. What a lie!
I faithfully made monthly payments, even though I was told by the sales associate, Alex, that I did not have to make any payments as long as the purchase was paid off before the 5th year ended. Like I said, what a lie. I was assessed fees and adjustments 5 months after the purchase date for deciding to take the option I was told I had and not making one payment.
The ads on television and the radio are a fraud!!!!!!! This is illegal, morally and ethically wrong! I will NEVER purchase another item from Levin Furniture and I will never recommend them to family, friends or even any strangers who ask!
