De Palma Plumbing and Heating came pretty quickly. I just said "hey my dad's 80 and we had to shut off the water", he was very helpful. What happened was I called my brother also so he came over and basically found the line outside where the shut off valve would be and then my brother started digging the little trench from that to the house and had that all dug out. When the plumber came in to check, he said, I do the inside but I don't do outside piping. I said, you mean I had to get somebody else and he said yes. My neighbor up the road could handle doing that and all he did was put a pipe in from the main line to the house and hooked it up. I needed three different companies just to get this water done. The water comapny that needed to shut if off, come back and turn it on, a guy to do the outside pipe and then the inside guy. I was like, how am I going to get everybody here on the same but they worked well together and they called the water company for me and told them a time that they were going to be there so they were really good. They got more response out of the water company because they did the calling for me rather than me trying to speak with them. We haven't had any problem with expense or anything. The price was probably reasonable but I can't go any further than that because I never had it done. He was the only one we called, it wasn't like we went and took prices or anything because we were trying to get it done as soon as possible.
