 + 1 moreChris regraded and poured my a new driveway, sidewalk and steps for me 15 years ago. The work is still as beautiful as the day it finished curing. He did my brother’s patios. They are in excellent condition as well.

 + 1 moreChris and his crew did an excellent job. They were very meticulous to ensure our foundation was plumb, square, and to the exact height required. Ironically, he's too good, making him in demand, and hard to get onto his schedule. He emanates trust and confidence: Not once during the project did we worry that it would not be done right.
Description of Work: Form and pour concrete footer for addition. Complete block work. Install vapor barrier, pour basement floor, and install Steel I-Beam.

 + -1 moreChris and his crew did a fantastic job!! Can't say enough good things about their work, professionalism and everything that goes along with good business. The driveway was, i'm sure, a routine job that they handled with ease. The garage floor was a little tougher and they did an outstanding job there. The real "beast", was the room under the garage. I had several people come see what needed to be done and they wanted nothing to do with it. It was an "ugly job"! One person even told me I needed a whole new garage floor ($16,500) because it was going to cave in. Chris pretty much took the job without batting an eye, and did way more with the ceiling of the room under the garage than I could ever have hoped for All in all, just a job well done by Chris and his men. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Chris in the future if I ever need more work done. I highly recommend him for any type of concrete/cement work.

 + 1 moreIt went great! I would not hesitate to have C.T.Slattery do more work for me.
Description of Work: Removed existing damaged sidewalk and replaced it with 120 linear feet of exposed aggregate sidewalk and a 10' X 6' concrete pad.Removed tree roots and installed a gravel base.Added color to match the original walk.Applied sealer when finished. Chris and his crew arrived at the time he committed to,with sufficient equipment and manpower to do the job quickly.The first day they had the old walk and tree roots removed,a gravel base built and compacted,and conrete forms built,by 1:30 PM. The second day,they had the concrete poured by lunch.They stripped the forms later that afternoon. The 3rd day,two of Chris's men returned to saw the expansion joints,washed the concrete and applied the sealer. Having worked in construction for 15 years when I was younger,I recognise quality work and professsional workers when I see it. I was very pleased with Chris Slattery's performance - he arrived when he said he would,finished the job quickly and professionally.He did not skimp on concrete thickness or other materials. It is gratifying to find that there are still some people in the construction business,whose word means something.

 + -1 more5 stars out of 5 stars. It was a pleasure to work with them. Mr. Slattery came on a Saturday morning to view the job, and the quote was provided the next week. When PennDOT levied an additional requirement they worked with it. When the PennDOT permit came they (PennDOT) levied another requirement. Mr. Slattery worked with PennDOT on both issues. Mr. Slattery was excellent in providing communication throughout the process. He sent pictures of the finished product immediately after completion. We would absolutely, positively work with them again! :)
