 + -1 moreThe estimate was the high one (by far) of the three bids we obtained (we did not select the contractor based on price). The estimate was very thorough and detailed with all materials and work processes to be performed, so we felt we knew exactly what we would get for the price. This turned out to be true and the work was exceptional.
Description of Work: Repaired stone basement walls in 100 year old brick house, and filled and capped a hand dug well in the basement. Old stucco was removed, a gap filled in with blocked, old mortar cleaned from around the stones, and then all walls were re-pointed and then re-stuccoed with wiremesh support.
