All work was done in a very professional way. I asked Tim to do the drain work after he had quoted price for everything else. He only charged me for the materials and did the labor at no extra charge. He also filled in some spots in the yard at no extra charge. My landscaping looks so beautiful now. The men worked so very hard to make sure everything was perfect. I can not say enough about the knowledge and skills of Tim Holmes. But, more than that, he is an honest and fair man. I have had so many people work for me that I simply was afraid to trust. Tim is a Christian man and will treat you right. I would not think of using anyone else for future projects. He can do about any project anyone would need, large or small.
During the course of their work, they caused structural damage to our house with their heavy equipment but did not tell us. While they were removing the concrete slab that was our back porch, they crushed a section of our rain spouting, slicing it open, which led to rain water leaking onto the new pavers. That is how we noticed the damage....after it rained, the new pavers were stained by the dirty rain water leaking from the spouting. When we brought this damage to their attention, they said they did not know they caused the damage. I found that hard to believe because the impact of their equipment with our spouting had to be significant. They agreed, however, to pay for repairs, and after several more no-shows they finally fixed the damage they caused. The spouting looks OK, but the new pavers they installed look worse than the stained ones they removed.
We were so tired of dealing with these people that we just wanted them gone.
We could not wait for this nightmare to end. The last step was for Landscape Impression to repair our lawn and plant new grass.
They did an extremely poor job with this. Our yard looks terrible as a result of their efforts. They appeared to only place grass seed in spots, because that is how it grew. Dozens of ruts from their trucks and equipment were left untouched, and dozens of bald spots remain. To make matters worse, they grass seed they planted has grown into two different shades (light in some spots and dark grass others) and is extremely weed-ridden. They called themselves professional landscapers, yet don't even know how to plant grass.
