JB Hostetter & Sons

A friend recommended I call JB Hostetter for washing machine repair. The repairman was prompt, professional and friendly. A part was needed which he ordered and returned within the time frame he stated to complete the repair. I would highly recommend.

I bought a Sony Bravia HD. The reason I like this place is because, we also have a riding lawn mower we bought there, and they come and pick it up and service it for two women who don?t know how to do anything. I could have gotten the TV cheaper somewhere else but Hostetter?s brings it out and delivers it, takes the old one away, and sets it all up. So that is why I like this place. It is like an old fashioned hardware store where they have the bins of screws and nails and they have these older men working there. I can go down there and say I need one of these and hand it to them and they will say right over here and pull out a box and give it to me. They are very helpful and very nice to deal with. I like to support the locals rather than the big box. They will come fix it too if I have a problem. Two days after I got this TV the cable company made us all go digital. I couldn?t get it to work and I knew it worked two days before. I called down there and talked to the guy. He said our men are out in your area how about I have them stop by? They came in and figured out what was wrong. It was the cable company?s box that had burned out and they told me what to do and showed me how to do it. They set up the TV so it worked and I got a new box and it was fine. There aren?t very many places that will send someone over and they didn?t charge me to do that. I have been going there for 19 years.
