Everything went great, Jeff Yoder is excellent to work with. He is fast with very good craftsmanship, my wife and I are very happy with everything. We will not hesitate to call Jeff when we are ready to redo our master bathroom.

If you're looking for a quality contractor that you can trust, Jeff Yoder of Hurst Yoder Construction is your guy.  He had built out a physical therapy clinic for us in Lancaster so we knew he did good work which is why we knew he was the guy when we wanted to finish our basement.  It takes a little longer because he did most of the work himself aside from drywall, insulation, painting, and laying carpet; however, he took care of that through the subcontractors that he always uses. 
The painter he uses, Matt, was practically there as long as he was.  He had the best personality and entertained my kids while painting the house (my 2 yr old had a crush on him).  He does great work.  A separate review will be written for him.  His rates a little higher but he delivers quality work and a priceless quality of trust. 
I will have to try to upload pics of the renovation because words could not possible explain the beauty of Jeff's craftsmanship.  He has an amazing talent.  The custom woodworking I had requested far exceeded my expectations.  I would show him a few pics of my ideas (from Houzz.com) and after building it in his shop, assemble it into what looked like, in my eyes, a masterpiece.  My fireplace makeover was something you see in million dollar homes.  We have received WOW responses from all of our friends and family when the see the basement transformation.  It's not you typical boring basement.  His custom built-ins and special touches gave it that WOW factor we were looking for.  I showed him a picture of a mudroom from a brand new build on sale in our area and he replicated it exactly; however, it looked better b/c he incorporated a storage closet with it to solve my storage issues.  The stairwell, the basement, the tile flooring, the fireplace, the mudroom, the banquet all turned out incredible.  I appreciated him accommodating my changes and all my add-ons like a champ.
