FM Construction

FM Construction converted our ranch home into a beautiful 2 story colonial. He helped us from the very beginning ,dealing with the architect and went above and beyond helping us decide some rooms floor plans. Fred stayed on schedule and budget and communicated with us the entire process. In fact I think I bothered him everyday and he always picked up the phone or returned our emails. He made us feel extremely comfortable . When our house was completed it was more than we even expected! It was beautiful and we wouldn't have changed a thing! His work is perfection and we couldn't have asked for more!! In fact we get compliments on the house from everyone who sees it! Our mailman even knocked up to say how beautiful it came out! If you are looking for a builder who takes pride in their work, takes the time to go over every detail with you and builds a top quality home then Fm construction will deliver!!

Installation went great. Fred installed the floor over a course of 3 days and was extremely accommodating with our schedule since the job was very time-sensitive as we were in the middle of a full-house renovation. His work was very meticulous and thought out as he asked us several questions about how we would like the layout to be, transitions into bathrooms, etc.

We have worked with Fred over the last year or so designing and specing out our house remodel and kitchen/laundry room addition. He has been kind and patient in educating us and offering us options. He has allowed us to call in some of our preferred subcontractors and has worked with us to get the project on budget and within our rather strict time guidelines. We have seen his work in various stages of construction and are extremely happy with his build quality. We also had the opportunity to interview his references and they are happy as well. We are ready to sign a contract with him and start construction in Spring 2011.
