Rich Broomell, owner, did the work and is among the best technicians we have ever used. Over the course of two - three days, he arrived promptly, worked without stopping, and left nothing to clean up. He did exactly the work we asked him to do, and made sensible recommendations about the work. He was extremely diligent about communicating with us, both on and off the jobsite, and we found him to be very courteous. He is willing to work by the hour, or for a lump-sum quote, and we found his prices to be very reasonable.
