Moser's Sanitation

Do not use this company if you want to save money! They quoted me as $3 per 30 gallon bag, $5 if the bag is on the heavier size. However this quote did not mean anything to them once they started picking up my trash! They would come every Tuesday to get my trash. I would on average have 5-6 bags out every week, you would think this meant we would owe them $15 a week correct? WRONG! Some weeks it would be $45 just because he thought the bags we a tad heavy! Also, there were times when he would conviently not come every week so of course trash would pile up making my weekly bill triple sometimes! There was a few times when I caught him sneaking onto my porch and checking my fuel oil containers to see if there was any oil in them. How rude!Gar

I have been a customer with Moser's for almost 3 years and I have been using the same contractor bags for at least 6 months witch they were charging me $4.50 for each bag I decided this week to add just a little bit more to my bag than I usually do and so they decided to charge me $7 for it the lady at the office seemed surprised and said someone would call me back, then one guy called me back, he was rude and said someone else would call, finally I got a call from the man who actually took my trash and what he said was ridiculous he said oh I have to charge by the weight I could hardly lift it, I am a short woman with arthritis in my back and legs and I could lift it. He was rude and didn't even say sorry about raising the price on me out of the blue I will never use them again!
