Thank you for visiting Accuview Home Inspections, a locally owned and operated Home Inspection service based out of Mount Bethel, PA. I service the Poconos, Allentown, and surrounding areas. I have a lifetime of construction experience. I am a certified inspector. I offer many types of inspections: pre-delivery, home (always including thermal imaging), mold, radon, water, septic, pool, wood destroying insects and manufactured homes. Derek was very kind, patient and thorough. He is honest, hardworking and is good at taking the time to explain how things work at a first time homebuyer level. He is very knowledgeable and gives great expert opinion. The prices were fair. The only feedback I would give is if the report were a bit more detailed. The pictures were very helpful but more written explanations would definitely help. Definitely would recommend walking with him throughout the process to gain all the insight on your new home. I would like to do business with him in the future.
