I had purchased a house and the seller had used this co. for mold
remediation. Work was done in less than a week because either the co.
or the seller's agent had pushed to get it done. The quality was
awful. I have had other company's in to inspect their work and they
were all shocked. Not only that, on their last day there working they
forgot to plug my sump pump in and it the poconos got 5 inches of rain
that night. I drove up for settlement and discovered 3 inches of water
in my crawl space. Needless to say they didn't admit to this and I got
screwed over by them.

"We are sorry for your experience. We document with photos and video each of our projects. Inspections are made prior to, during, and after work has been completed. Payment at the end of the job is accepted only if our customer is satisfied with the work. If sump pumps or any other mechanical devices are needed for the property, they are inspected for function and always left plugged in. Even though you were not our client, we stand by our work and always look to assist and correct any errors that may occur. We have an in house office staff that answers calls, and we always respond."
