I called them and he didn't come the first day. He came the next day and looked at the appliance and didn't do any work. Said that I needed a control board and did not know how much it would cost. I gave him the $205 and it said I owed him a balance. Since then, I have been calling him and he keeps telling me he will be there next week. He has now wiped himself off the face of the earth and I do not know how to contact him.

Everything was fine. They came in and did what they’re supposed to do. They were upfront. They didn’t charge me because it wasn’t set up properly to begin with – no charge because it was under warranty. They arrive when they were supposed to. There is nothing actually I don’t remember too much about it except that I was satisfied with their service.

I thought the repairman was very nice, went out of his way and did extra things for me when he was here. He even called the next morning to see how my washer was. I was very pleased with them. The machine was still under warranty so this was a service call.
